A NOTE from the director:
Welcome to the Venice Church of the Nazarene Preschool. We are dedicated to offering the highest quality early care and education to our children. Our purpose is to provide a Christian program where children feel well cared for and safe. We have selected “The Creative Curriculum for Early Childhood Education", published by Teaching Strategies, Inc. of Washington D.C. Our goal is to develop the whole child. We work individually and in small groups to help children develop socially, emotionally, cognitively, physically, and spiritually through age appropriate activities. Our program creates a classroom enviroment that will nurture their natural curiosity and zest for learning.

About Us:
Our preschool was opened in 1996 as an outreach to the community for children ages 1 through 5.
We strive to know the children we teach and learn what makes each one unique. Children may resemble each other in their patterns and development, but every child brings specific interests, experiences, and learning styles to our classrooms. Therefore, our small group sizes and varied teaching strategies help all children succeed as learners. We celebrate trust and diversity as we reach out to the children in our community.
